This signature detects a certain kind of Skype connection. Skype utilizes many different and evolving connection types. Blocking on this signature will reduce the likelihood of Skype being able to make a valid connection, but will most likely not block it completely, due to Skype's numerous evasion techniques. This signature is best used in a monitoring capacity.
