TCP: Options Error Unsolicited WSF
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a WSF (Window Scale Factor) option in a SYN-ACK packet, even though the SYN packet does not specify one (as required by RFC793). Because these ambiguous packets can be interpreted by the receiver in different, unpredictable ways, it is recommended to drop them.
