TCP: C2S Bad 3WH SYN-ACK Retrans in SYNSENT State
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a SYN-ACK client-to-server packet while the client is in the SYNSENT state. The SYNSENT state should include only SYN retransmissions or RST packets.
