TCP: C2S Ambiguity Mismatching Seq Num in FIN Retrans
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a TCP FIN retransmission where the SEQUENCE number did not match the one in the original FIN. IDP cannot tell when the flow ends, as it is unknown whether the server has received the first FIN.
