SSL: OpenSSL Client Connection Flood
This signature detects a large number of connection requests between peers using OpenSSL in client mode. This has been documented publicly as an alternative to using the THC-SSL-DOS tool to perform a resource exhaustion DOS of an SSL-enabled server.
