This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against OpenSSL DTLS. The vulnerability is due to large memory consumption during reassembly of the fragmented DTLS handshake. A remote, unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted messages to a target. Successful exploitation could lead to a denial of service condition.
