This signature detects the call home behavior of the spyware WildTangent, an online gaming plugin bundle from Wildtangent.com that contains the WildTangent Web Driver. WildTangent is a Web browser plugin that provides a platform for the creation and distribution of online games and other media content. The Web Driver has built in functionality for automatically updating and receiving content. This functionality is also used to send advertisments to users, as well as to collect software usage data and system configuration information.
