This signature detects the runtime behavior of WebCpr. WebCpr is an adware application that opens pop-up advertisements on the host system. At an elevated level, it can be used to track user's viewing habits and transfer this information to an attacker's system. WebCpr consumes a large amount of CPU time and slows down a user's computer.
