This signature detects the runtime behavior of the spyware Jily IE Toolbar. Jily IE Toolbar or 123bar is a Chinese toolbar. It alters the Internet Explorer settings and monitors a user's online browsing habits, search queries, and passes the data back to remote servers for advertising purpose. Jily IE Toolbar then pops up advertisements occasionally.
