This signature detects the runtime behavior of the spyware ExactSearch (also known as eXact, eXact Search bar and Exact Searchbar), created by eXact Advertising LLC. Using Browser Helper Objects (BHOs), this spyware displays an IE toolbar and pop-up advertisements as users surf the Internet. It can also download and execute arbitrary code from its controlling server.
