This signature detects the runtime behavior of the spyware Elite Protector. Elite Protector is a rogue security software that is often installed by a Trojan. It uses scare tactics with pop-up and pop-under alerts in notifying users that their system is infected. It tries to connect to its own server to retrieve information and update status.
