SPYWARE: Delfin Media Viewer
This signature detects the runtime behavior of the spyware DelfinMediaViewer (also known as PromulGate), a media player that can download and display adware. This spyware downloads advertisments from a server and displays them as the user surfs the Internet with Internet Explorer. It can also record user Web activity and send the collected information to the controlling server.
