SNMPTRAP: Invalid Timeticks Length

This protocol anomaly is an SNMP trap in which the length of a Timeticks object is 0 or larger than 4.

Extended Description

This signature detects an SNMP TRAP packet with Timeticks that has an invalid length. Receiving such a packet could indicate an attempted attack on a system. The impact of this flaw depends on how a vulnerable SNMP implementation handles such malformed packets.
