SMTP: Email Username
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a user name within an e-mail address (for example, root in root@localhost.localdomain) that is too long. This can indicate a buffer overflow attempt.
Extended Description
An SMTP message with an overly long username could indicate that a buffer overflow is being attempted.
