SCAN: Nessus DNS Scan
This signature detects attempts to scan the system using Nessus network packet injection suite. Attackers can be attempting to gather information about the DNS server.
Extended Description
Using Nessus, a remote attacker could collect confidential information about a DNS server to locate computers that are vulnerable to this security flaw. The attacker could then use this newly discovered information to compromise the vulnerable computers.
