MODBUS: Not MODBUS
This anomaly triggers if it detects Not Modbus packet, in which the packet data cannot accommodate the mandatory 6 byte MBAP part/preamble that precedes the MODBUS header. It also triggers if it detects two or more anomalies from the list of OVERLONG-PDU, SHORT-PDU, BAD_PROTO-ID.
