ICCP: Wrong Session Connect Parameter
This signature detects a wrong CN parameter. Several parameters specified in ISO 8327 are constrained and not to be sent according to the International Standardized Profiles (ISP). Seeing this in local behavior, when an unexpected parameter is unknown, it is possible that this could be a denial of service attack
