ICCP: Invalid Version Number
This signature detects an invalid ICCP version number. A version number other than 3 can be an attempt to exploit a vulnerability in a recipients handling of this unusual condition. If the local applications behavior is to drop or reset the connection when a 3 is not received, this can be an attempt to create a denial of service.
