POP3: Qpopper XTND Overflow
This signature detects buffer overflow attempts to exploit a vulnerability in the Qpopper daemon. Some 3.0 beta versions are vulnerable.
Extended Description
A vulnerability exists in some versions of Qpopper. Remote attackers could exploit it to condict a denial of service attack on an affected machine.
