NTP: Invalid Mode
This protocol anomaly is a packet with an invalid NTP mode. Note: this situation is extremely rare.
Extended Description
If this failure condition persists, NTP synchronization will be interrupted. Over time, host clocks will skew and gradually become inaccurate. Inaccurate host clock settings may result in a variety of software failures or inaccuracies such as delayed scheduled jobs, incorrect transaction timestamps, and database corruption.
