LDAP: Modify Request: Attrib Value Empty
This protocol anomaly is an LDAP modify request message, where the length of an attribute value was found to be zero. The modification field specifies individual attribute types and values of the entries that need to be modified.
Extended Description
Improperly-formed BER data structures may cause LDAP applications to exhibit unexpected behavior, potentially exposing security flaws, such as buffer overflows, in software components that process the data.
