This signature detects attempts to exploit a known vulnerability against Microsoft Silverlight. A string in XAML containing a certain number of special Hebrew characters could cause a double-free when the string is being rendered. A successful attack can lead to arbitrary code execution.
Microsoft Silverlight is prone to a remote code-execution vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the currently logged-in user. Failed exploit attempts will likely result in a denial-of-service condition.
