This anomaly triggers if the resulting size BMP, is equal to (width)*(height)* (bits per pixel)/8 exceeds the threshold equal to 1 GB. This incident can indicate malicious behavior aimed at your system. Using the testing tool it was discovered that Win XP cannot handle displays larger then ~700MB.
