This signature detects attempts to use a specific CGI script to send an e-mail. Spammers can use a CGI script that is already present on a target system to turn the host into an open spam relay.
Extended Description
Mail-form CGI scripts could be abused by spammers to send out unsolicited commercial e-mail.
