CHAT: Windows Live Chat Bridging
This signature detects Windows Live negotiating a point-to-point connection between two hosts. This connection can then bypass network control infrastructure and allow chat messages and file transfers that normally may have been blocked. This can be a violation of your organization's acceptable use policy.
