TCP: S2C Ambiguity Data in RST Packet
This protocol anomaly triggers when it detects a RST packet that carries data. Because these ambiguous packets can be interpreted by the receiving TCP stack in different, unpredictable ways, it is recommended to drop them. Several IP stacks do not handle this packet correctly.
