APP: Peercast Remote Buffer Overflow Vulnerability

Extended Description
PeerCast is prone to a remote buffer-overflow vulnerability. A remote attacker could exploit this issue to execute arbitrary code. PeerCast 0.1215 and earlier are vulnerable.
